Warranty Policy
Our Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, we shall repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
The Warranty Period for our products shall be 12 months from the date of purchase.
This Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
- Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
- Wear and tear, and mechanical damages.
To obtain Warranty service you must first contact us and submit photos of the defective product within 14 days from the date of purchase.
If the defect is the fault of WioN or its carriers, then WioN shall repair or replace the product.
Once it has been established that the defect is covered by this Warranty, we will ask you to ship the product back to us or if possible we will organize the product to be shipped ourselves. We will thereafter repair at no cost, or replace the defected product and send it back to you.
We aim to repair or replace the defected product within 14 – 60 business days, depending on the country in which the product is located. The shipping costs are not covered by the warranty.
