Exchange and returns policy
Refunds and exchanges of products may only be made if the purchase was made through an e-shop (no refunds or exchanges may be made if the purchase was made to an individual order)
Refunds and exchanges can be made within fourteen (14) days of the purchase.
Shipping cost for returns or exchanges shall be borne by the customer. This means that the customer will be responsible for shipping back the item and will be entitled to a refund for the product but not the cost of shipping. In case of an exchange – the new item will be shipped after the initial item from the original order is received by us
You will be refunded only after we have received the item back.
The customer must send us the tracking number of the parcel.
Unfortunately, in the absence of a tracking number on the parcel, we won’t be able to guarantee that the parcel shall reach us, and thus the refund or exchange may not be possible.
Depending on where you live, the time of refund or exchange may vary. We will issue a refund or send an exchange item within one (1) to two (2) business days after receiving the returned item.
